Orders ship 2-5 business days from when the order was placed. All orders are shipped via Canada Post. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

We do our best to ensure that our products are packaged to prevent damages. In the rare event that your product arrives damaged, please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order # and a photo of the damage as soon as possible.
